Glenview will be hosting a screening of the documentary Operation Lights Out:: The Story of Canairelief
This movie tells the 1969 story of Canada’s humanitarian airlift mission during the Nigerian Civil War (the Biafran War). The efforts were led mainly by members of the Presbyterian Church in Canada, and helped to save the lives of over one million women and children.
